MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Duties

Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) CODE 300, Department of the Navy (DON), NAVSUP FLC BAHRAIN GF. The current workweek is Sunday through Thursday. Employees hired from continental U.S. will receive Sunday Premium Pay (computed at 25% of basic hourly rate, eight hours per week).

Qualifications

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and maintaining internal personnel action tracking logs, databases, electronic files, and libraries in support of the command workforce requirements. Responsible for preparation of special and recurring reports Provide administrative tasks related to overseas travel (e.g. track monthly reports provided by HRO for employees who are on the Priority Placement Program (PPP); Alternate Priority Placement (APP); track overseas extension/non extension letters) Track a monthly PCS in/out report; track newly appointed employees who need financial disclosures and provide report to the Legal office. Works with HRO to process Request for Orders (RFO) and Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders; student, renewal travel, FEML and EVT medical travel.
