RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Inbound and outbound NTB sales & activation
- Engage NTB clients (any segment) who are employees of corporates with whom RB has done a deal
- Engage via on-site marketing/road shows, or via employee lists provided by corporate
- Initial primary focus on payroll account and anchor products in respective job role, gradually broadening to full range of retail products
- Pre-send product bundles description and bank proposition
- Conduct remote KYC
- Collect all documents required for account opening
- Operational quality - Errors free customer application & documentation. Minimize Sales Errors
- Practice appropriate sales and marketing skill
Business
- Connect with identified employees
- Explain proposition & requirements in full
- Segment focus, customer focus needs-based selling
Processes

Risk Management
- Ensure awareness and adherence to all policies, guidelines, procedures, and local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to the risk management framework.
- Conduct CDD, MLP and TCF diligently
- Ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention and CDD.
- Ensure compliance with the above policies on an ongoing basis and reported any suspicious transaction immediately to the supervising officer.
- Read, understand, and comply with all provisions of the Group Code of Conduct.
- Zero Tolerance on Fraud and Misspelling
- Attend all required Trainings
Governance
- Understand and adhere to the Client Acquisition GPS
- Compliance with regulatory requirements
- Complete time to time training on CDD, AML, Mis-selling and other customer protection principles
- Ensure complete adherence to Principles & Policy of Treating Customers Fairly

Qualifications
- Education Bachelor’s Degree
- Training FAP
- Certifications FAP 1, module 1 and module 2 or 3-5 years experience in Financial Segment
