Job Overview:

The Head Architect will lead our design team in creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet our clients' needs and elevate their experiences. This role combines architectural expertise with a strong understanding of interior design principles, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

• Oversee and inspire the design team to develop creative concepts for various projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
• Conduct site visits and analyze space requirements to inform design solutions.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is realized.

Technical Expertise:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Team Development:

• Mentor and develop junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Client Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
• Present design proposals and modifications to clients effectively.

Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Promote sustainable design practices and materials in project proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
