What we are looking for:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and assess potential client opportunities within online recruitment industry.
- Support business in planning and delivering targets by increasing client base.
- Develop new business strategies based on market research and building relationships with current and new clients.
- 3-5 years experience in sales activities including generation and management of opportunities and deal closures
- Demonstrated track record of value selling and solution selling experience
- Support business in planning and delivering targets.
- Drive business development activities, strategy and approach for the entity.
- Understanding and ensuring timely delivery and management of opportunity forecasting using appropriate tools.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to tailor your approach and identify new growth opportunities.
- Be an interface between the client and enterprise for client expectation and internal development teams
- Personable to coordinate and collaborate with client and internal teams alike.
What it takes to be a successful BDM with Ziphire:
- Minimum of 3-5years experience in online recruitment business or similar industry
- Strong track record of developing online Professional Services to a wide variety of clients.
- Experience in online recruitment services, account development across IT/ITES industry sectors.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Solid work ethic with a focus on delivering results
- Expertise in enterprise business and technical processes and their implications across enterprise would be a plus.
