The Legal and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing legal and operational functions within the organization. This role involves managing litigation cases, ensuring compliance, and streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all litigation activities, including the preparation and presentation of legal cases, dispute resolution, and risk management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies and policies to address and mitigate potential legal issues.
- Oversee operational functions, including process optimization, resource allocation, and project management to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate legal considerations into business operations and improve cross-functional workflows.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and proactively identify and address compliance risks.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to senior management, the board of directors, and other departments on complex legal and operational matters.
