Skills Required For An Assistant Manager For Human Resources

Recruitment and Staffing: Proficiency in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. HR Policies and Legal Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.

The Role is mainly carried out with sourcing, short listing, interviewing, selecting and giving an induction program to the candidate and delivering all facet of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

  • Recruiting and supplying right man power to the organization.
  • Administrating the company’s’ man power planning in an effective manner.
  • Administrating the company’s’ disciplinary actions.
  • Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.

Other Duties

Handling disciplinary actions once employee disobeys the company internal policies, rules & regulations.

Maintaining a record of the memo’s, warnings and suspension orders given to the employees.

Correspondence to ministries needs to be maintained in a separate file.

Handling the procedures for applying new license, renewal of licenses, renewal of passport and renewal of CPR.

Correspondence to LMRA.

Proper filing and updating the HRMS system related module(s).

Assists the HRD with managing human resource operations. Plans and organizes workloads and recommends staff assignments as needed. Monitors priorities and schedules as needed to assure work is performed in a timely and efficient manner according to appropriate guidelines, procedures, and legal regulations.
