Major Function:
Responsible for supporting the Sales Division with all tasks assigned including general administrative work.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative, confidential and secretarial duties of the office and your supervisor(s).
- Perform duties for the office in order of workload priority.
- Manage correspondences to and from the office for your supervisor(s) in a professional manner including mail, e-mails and meeting requests.
- Coordinate and maintain an organised schedule for your supervisor(s) based on business needs.
- Assist with the development of reports on behalf of your supervisor(s) as required.
- Manage customer queries and databases to ensure records are properly and consistently handled.
- Assist with the handling and distributing the hotel’s promotional campaigns in Trade, Tourism and Hotel World Wide Web sites and intranet applications.
- Analyze and understands details concerning e-consumer, e-trade and media publications. Be aware of changing trends and have plans and action in place to react and/or counteract these changes.
- Coordinate functions and activities with regional, divisional and corporate staff as appropriate.
- Maintain a complete understanding of the Employee Handbook and adhere to regulations contained therein.
- Maintain a complete understanding of the Hotel’s policy relating to fire, safety and health, and ensure all precautions are taken to safeguard against incidents.
- Perform other assignments to meet business needs as directed by your superiors.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND EDUCATION:
- Graduate of a secretarial or other related course desired.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position or strong track record in an administrative role for at least 2-years.
- Hotel experience desired.
