Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and forge partnerships with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead the sales team in generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the technical team to customize IT solutions according to client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients about the company's products and services.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT solution sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of Auto-ID & Mobility Solutions in the Middle East region.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with barcode technology and related solutions.
