Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the organization on a variety of legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Research and analyze laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and act as a liaison with external legal counsel.
- Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the organization's interests.

Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Qualified lawyer with a valid license to practice law in Bahrain.
- Strong knowledge of Bahraini laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial law setting. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of experience.
