Purpose of the job

Ensure that an acceptable standard of Quality Management System is maintained in accordance with recognized working practice and company’s Quality Manual and Policy

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strive for harmonization and teamwork with sales executive and other departments.

Assist all Sales Executives to increase their own sales through raising demonstrator % carry Test Drive% and closing deal%

Ensure that all aspects of a customer’s needs are met and that every customer has a positive experience

Attend meetings as requested.

Recommend to the Sales Manager how you can promote your Sales through various Medias and promotions, such as advertising, sales promotions, lease promotions, and through customer feedbacks.

Coordinate with Sales Manager in order to handle all quotations.

Assist in developing programs of improvement for fellow Sales Executives those failing to reach their objectives / targets.

Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.

Works with customers to resolve problems, activate phones, and listen to customer concerns and respond appropriately.

Demonstrate new vehicles on the features & specs (Provide test drives)

Ensure any new vehicle deliver within agreed timeframe and educate customer’s accordance. This process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.

Maintain follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

Maintain a Sales prospect development system and diary.

Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.

Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.

Know and understand the local laws, which govern vehicle Lease.

Introduce customers to Operations department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the service/maintenance/ operations.

Coordinate with the service department and Operations department to ensure that vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule.

Ensure achievement of Sales Target on a Monthly basis.

Maintain cordial relationship with colleagues thereby ensuring healthy work environment.

Reporting to Sales manager daily, about the daily Field Sales activities.

Organize Sales visit to Companies.

Help sales manager in planning and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Leasing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Automotive Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
