Responsibilities
- Client Liaison: Regular communication with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and address any concerns or changes.
- Contract Negotiation: Discussing and finalizing contract terms with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and legal compliance.
- Project Planning: Collaborating with the project management team to develop detailed project plans that align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Coordination: Ensuring seamless coordination between the client and internal teams, including production, design, and installation.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing any issues or disputes that arise during the project, ensuring client satisfaction and project continuity.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of all communications, contracts, and project changes.
