Job Description:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team in all aspects of food preparation and presentation at the standalone pizza restaurant.
- Create and develop new pizza recipes while ensuring food quality and consistency.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food ordering, and quality control.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the culinary industry.
- Previous experience working in a standalone restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with Bahraini cuisine and local food trends.
