Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for food and beverage staff
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
  • Create training materials, including manuals and presentations
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and goals
  • Maintain training records and monitor employees' progress
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food and beverage service


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven experience as a Training Officer or similar role in the F&B industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Desired Experience:

  • 3-10 years of experience in F&B training
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles
  • Certification in training or HR development is a plus
