Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Training Officer or similar role in the F&B industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- 3-10 years of experience in F&B training
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Certification in training or HR development is a plus
