Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities
- Manage the Engineering team to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment longevity
- Oversee renovation projects and ensure timely completion within budget
- Respond promptly to guest and internal requests for maintenance and repairs
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a managerial engineering position
- Experience with luxury boutique hotels is preferred
