We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales management and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Manage and lead the sales team, providing training, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Utilize personal vehicle for sales-related activities, including client meetings and property viewings.
Qualification & Requirements:
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• In-depth knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market.
• Must own a personal vehicle for sales work.
