As we continue to expand our regulatory and operational footprint, we are establishing a Bahrain Air Operator Certificate (AOC) under the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (BCAA). We are seeking a Nominated Postholder Security (NPSeM) to play a key role in the certification, launch and ongoing oversight of our Bahrain operation, based in Manama. The Nominated Postholder Security is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Manager, and is responsible for:</p><p>Ensure aviation-security compliance across the AOC and remain in compliance with the Bahrain National Civil Aviation Security Programme and the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and BCAA security requirements. Establish, maintain and implement the operator's Aircraft Operator Security Programme (AOSP) and set the company's security standards and policy. Issue the Aircraft Operator Security Programme, liaise with BCAA, airport authorities and ground-handling providers on security matters, and implement the department SMS under the NPSM.</p><p>This is a nominated Security Manager position under the operator's Security Programme and the applicable Bahrain aviation-security requirements. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>Beond is the world's first premium leisure airline, redefining leisure travel through a premium flying experience.<br> As we continue to expand our regulatory and operational footprint, we are establishing a Bahrain Air Operator Certificate (AOC) under the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (BCAA).<br> We are seeking a Nominated Postholder Continuing Airworthiness (CAMO) to play a key role in the certification, launch and ongoing oversight of our Bahrain operation, based in Manama.<br> The Nominated Postholder Continuing Airworthiness (CAMO) is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Manager, and is responsible for: • Ensure the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft managed and remain in compliance with the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR) and BCAA continuing-airworthiness requirements • Develop and control the Aircraft Maintenance Programme(s), including any reliability programme, and present them to BCAA for approval.<br> • Ensure all applicable airworthiness directives and continued-airworthiness requirements are applied.<br> • Establish and manage the required maintenance contracts, and ensure maintenance is carried out by an appropriately approved organisation and correctly released.<br> • Manage scheduled maintenance, AD application, life-limited-part replacement and component inspections, and manage and archive continuing-airworthiness records and the technical log.<br> • Ensure the Certificate of Airworthiness, Airworthiness Review Certificate and Noise Certificate of each aircraft remain valid, and manage airworthiness reviews where applicable.<br> • Participate in developing the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) and submit it to Compliance Monitoring for review and approval, and implement the department Safety Management System (SMS) under the Safety Manager A competitive package with relocation support where applicable, and the opportunity to build a premium airline certificate from the ground up as part of a fast-growing multi-AOC group.<br> If you do not receive a response from us within 4 weeks of submitting your application, please consider your application to be unsuccessful due to the high volume of applications we receive.<br> This is a Nominated Postholder position under the applicable Bahrain Air Navigation Technical Regulations (ANTR), BCAA continuing-airworthiness and CAMO requirements, and associated BCAA guidance.<br> Appointment is subject to formal nomination to and acceptance by BCAA Mandatory • Relevant knowledge, background and experience in continuing airworthiness in accordance with the applicable Bahrain ANTR and BCAA CAMO requirements.<br> • Aircraft maintenance engineering qualification — Part-66 licence or equivalent aircraft maintenance engineering license or equivalent engineering qualification.<br> • Comprehensive knowledge of the CAME and the approved maintenance programme.<br> • Must be acceptable to BCAA following formal assessment.<br> Desirable • Airbus type experience.<br> • Experience standing up or transferring CAMO arrangements.<br> • Experience managing sub-contracted CAMO / Part-145 interfaces.<br></span> </div>
