<p>Main Objectives Post holder is required to perform all routine and non routine maintenace tasks on all the current and future fleet in accordance with aircraft approved maintenace schedule and aircraft approved docummentation and strictly adhere to authority rules and regualtions. He/She will be whenever required to support the recovery of AOG situations and to maintain Company and 3rd party aircraft in accordance with the approved maintenance schedule using approved methods and procedures. Main Duties Perform Routine & Non Routine maintenance on Companys fleets & Third party aircraft as per BCAA Regulations & Company Requirements. Supervise assigned Technicians whilst performing their duties. Certify for all work perfomed He is required to obtain company certification authorization to qualify him to certify routine & non routine maintenace tasks on company fleets within the scope of his company approval. Whenever required he will obtain the required certification authorization to certify work perfomed on third Party aircrafts. Perform duties when deemed necessary at short notice accompany aircraft for the purposes of carrying out routine & non routine maintenance tasks. Perform any task operationally deemed necessary to maintain the fleet in an airworthy condition. Attend training as per company requirements, sit company technical boards for obtaining Aircraft Type Certification. Whenever required by the company to perform technical representation at facilities outside the home base. Maintain self read & write continuation training. Travel when required for the recovery of aircraft during an AOG situation Strictly adhere to company staff & safety rules & regulations Adhere and comply with Aircraft approved maintenance documents when performing all maintenance tasks and acquaint self with all the safety related precautions to avoid personal injuries or damages to aircraft structures and systems. Ensure proper tools and equipments used for aircraft maintenance are in servicable and safe condition at all times. Report any faulty tool or equipment to the Duty manager. Ensure unservicable tools / equipments are identified, isolated and attach with a unserviable tag. As part of maintenance practices ensure all tools used are registered to ensure removal on task completion. Adhere to Airside safety rules and regulations in regard to driving and work areas. Adher to the Company policy and procedures as laid down in the Technical Publications i.e. TIM, MOE etc.. Must maintain a high level of self descipline and respect towards his superiors instruction Whenever operationally required, the company will train him to perfom some specilized tasks like boroscope on company fleet engines , structure assesment/ repair and others. Whenever necessary he will be required to deputise for the Duty manager during his absense on vacation, sickness or training. Ensure that all tools including mechanics tool boxes contents are checked before and after each task carried out on the aircraft. CRS must be signed only when all tools are accounted for.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Qualifications Holder of a valid AME license recogonisaised to BCAA and Gulf Air QA, endorsed with Type rating on two of company aircraft, must be Computer literate, Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English. <p>JOB PURPOSE: Perform all aspects of airside operations & wildlife management while ensuring compliance and enforcing policies and procedures as well as coordinate all matters related to emergencies and special events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that the aircraft parking stands are free of contamination, foreign objects, debris, and any other things that might affect the aircraft parking. Undertake regular inspection of the aprons and report FODs or abnormal events which may take place during the course of each shift to the Shift Leader - Airside Operations. Monitor the orderly parking of all ground services equipment to eliminate any potential obstructions to operations, impact on safety, and/or emergency services. Escort non-airport-based vehicles in the event of any emergency as per the incident officers instruction to and from the emergency scene Assist in supervising the cleaning of aprons to ensure the removal of any potential FOD material. Monitor operations at assigned locations (i.e. aprons, baggage makes up area and cargo) and record/report any observations. Monitor & control vehicle movements on the inner and outer service roads and ensure that all procedures are adhered to by users and that necessary corrective action is taken against violators. Monitor vehicles speed and ensure adherence to Airside speed limits and take necessary corrective action in cases of violation to speed limits. Control the RVP staging area in emergency situations and exercises as directed by the Shift Leader. Carry out inspection and reporting of the conditions of the movement area and report findings related to Maneuvering area to ATC. Undertake the airport perimeter fence inspection and record the inspection report in the reporting system. Ensure the safe and orderly evacuation of Passengers and staff assembled at the Airside Assembly Areas from Airside to Landside by the Fire Wardens. To carry out surveys for management when requested. To supervise and monitor any engine run operations that take place at the airside To appropriately respond to and/or report on any fuel/oil spill that occurs at the airside Assist the Shift Leader in controlling vehicle movement at the airside during low visibility operations (including CATII Operation) Ensure follow-me escort for aircraft is provided when required by procedures, or when requested by ATC. Record follow-me activities in the system. Ensure that marshalling service is provided for aircraft intended to park on stands without VDGS, or during VDGS failure, or during special parking circumstances. Provide follow-me escort for all aircraft repositioning activities. Coordinate and communicate with APOC and BAS to ensure timely and safe parking of aircraft, including stand inspection and, if equipped, PLB positioning and VDGS operation. Record follow-me activities in the reporting system. Conduct regular aircraft turn around monitoring to ensure oversight over handling activities, and record/report any safety observations. Attend aircraft stand before aircraft arrival time and carry out Stand Operation Checklists. Carry out vehicle inspections and facilitate process for vehicle permit issuance through Airport Pass Management System through implementation of vehicle inspection checklist. Carry out driving familiarization and facilitate process for driving permit issuance through Airport Pass Management System. Ensure implementation and recording of driving familiarization checklist. Assist and guide Military, Private, V/VIP, and Cargo aircraft in parking on the middle, western, northern, cargo and executive aprons using VDGS, hand marshalling and Follow Me vehicles. Undertake special parking arrangements for VVIP aircraft during state visits as deemed necessary by the Shift Leader. Keep a close eye on the Works Permitted at the airside. Lookout for any unapproved work and bring it to the notice of Shift Leader. Ensure that Works happens as per the conditions mentioned in the Work Permit by Appropriate authority. Inform any deviation from the Work Permit to the Notice of the Shift Leader.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree desirable in Aviation or Business Administration or alternatively broad international experience in the field of Airport Operations. High school Diploma is accepted with 2 years of experience. EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree holder: a minimum of 0-2 years work experience in airport operations is preferable. High school diploma: a minimum of 2 years work experience in airport operations is preferable. Sound knowledge of national and international civil aviation standards and recommended practices.</p>

<p>MAIN OBJECTIVES Prepare the computer flight plan and associated Flight Crew Briefing documents, necessary for the safe and economic dispatch of Gulf Air flights, in accordance with applicable national and international regulations and Gulf Air Company policy.</p><p>MAIN DUTIES</p><p>1-Under the supervision of the Duty Shift Supervisor Flight Dispatch, the preparation of computer flight plans and Flight Crew Briefing materials for the flights assigned to him/her whilst on duty. <p>Assists audit teams in performing internal audit procedures/tests, identifying audit findings and recommending improvements, while maintaining all organizational and professional ethical standards. Works independently under general supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment. In addition, assist Director Internal Audit in handling audit administrative support. MAIN DUTIES Assists in performing audit procedures and tests, including identifying and defining issues and reviewing and analyzing evidence. Assists in Identifying, developing, and documenting audit findings and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed to prepare for the discussion and exit meeting with the auditees. Reviews evidence provided by auditees as proof of implementing the audit recommendations and interacts with the auditees for further discussion or evidence required. Also, updates the Internal Audit System with the results. Assists Director Internal Audit in maintaining required records and documentation that assist in complying with global audit standards requirements as per the internal audit quality assurance program. Assist Director Internal Audit in preparation for GARC meetings. Updates Internal Audit System with new audit recommendations from final distributed audit reports and updates the status and responsibilities of existing ones as directed by Director Internal Audit. <p>JOB PURPOSE To ensure Gulf Air s medical services are safe, high-quality, and compliant with NHRA and civil aviation requirements. The role oversees quality, compliance, and clinical standards across the medical centre. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Regulatory Compliance & QMS Management Develop, implement, and update the AMC s Quality Management System in accordance with NHRA accreditation standards and civil aviation authority frameworks. Strategic Planning: Align the center s operational growth strategies with Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs (CAA) regulations and National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) healthcare standards. Ensure all medical evaluations (Class 1, 2, 3, and Cabin Crew), OPS medical manuals, and aviation kits on aircraft comply with aeromedical regulations. Act as the primary point of contact and host for external audits conducted by civil aviation authorities and healthcare accreditation bodies. Auditing, Risk Management & CAPA Schedule, execute, and document regular internal audits across clinical GP services, specialized aeromedical tracks, pharmacy, and laboratory departments. Design and execute the center s master risk management framework to identify and eliminate clinical, operational, and data privacy hazards. Identify operational bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and medical errors. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program to prevent recurrence of errors. Clinical Governance & Data Integrity Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and quality control of all specialized medical equipment (e.g., audiometry, vision screeners, ECG machines). Enforce strict data governance, ensuring pilot medical records and examination results are handled with absolute confidentiality and data security. Policy Enactment: Prepare and legally validate all internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), clinical guidelines, and healthcare safety policies as per NHRA requirements. General Practitioner (GP) Care Quality & Oversight Oversee the delivery of standard General Practitioner (GP) medical services, acute primary care, and routine health consultations within the center. Ensure clinical guidelines, prescription safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for general practice are followed by all medical staff. Manage patient triage systems, chronic disease management protocols, and primary care referral networks to optimize general patient care. Training & Continuous Improvement Train clinical staff, nurses, and Aeromedical Examiners (AMEs) on quality protocols, compliance updates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
