Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets.</p><br><p>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented <b>Accountant</b> to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, banking, reconciliations, month-end closing, expense management, audit support and compliance-related activities. We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and commercially minded finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. The successful candidate will take ownership of core accounting activities, support reporting, compliance, audit and treasury processes, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Group functions. This role is ideal for an organised and analytical professional who is comfortable managing a broad range of accounting responsibilities within a dynamic multinational environment.</p><br><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><br><ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain complete, accurate and timely financial records.</li><li>Manage the Accounts Payable function, including supplier invoice processing, preparation of payments, supplier reconciliations and resolution of supplier queries.</li><li>Manage and support the Accounts Receivable function, including customer statements, receipt allocation, account reconciliations and follow-up of outstanding customer payments.</li><li>Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts, expenses, journals and intercompany transactions.</li><li>Manage and coordinate month-end closing activities, including preparation and review of journals, reconciliations, balance sheet schedules and financial reporting requirements.</li><li>Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.</li><li>Perform intercompany balance reporting and reconciliations with Group entities and coordinate the resolution of differences.</li><li>Process online banking payments, manage incoming customer receipts and support day-to-day treasury activities.</li><li>Support banking requirements, including bank guarantees, Letters of Credit and related documentation, where applicable.</li><li>Support and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including preparation of supporting schedules and analysis.</li><li>Perform SOX controls, self-assessments and related control activities, ensuring compliance with internal control requirements and audit readiness.</li><li>Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and support other local statutory and tax compliance requirements.</li><li>Manage employee travel expenses and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and appropriate supporting documentation.</li><li>Support the application and monitoring of customer credit limits and credit insurance requirements, including requesting new or increased cover where required.</li><li>Perform third-party and customer screening and other compliance checks where required.</li><li>Support internal, external and Group audits by preparing schedules, reports and supporting documentation and coordinating responses to audit queries.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organised finance records and documentation in accordance with company and statutory requirements.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the Finance function and assist the wider business with ad hoc finance and reporting activities as required.<br> </li></ul><p><b>Qualifications & Experience</b></p><br><ul><li>University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.</li><li>Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).</li><li>5-10 years' experience in a similar Accounting/Finance role, preferably within a multinational company.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.</li><li>Practical experience with month-end closing, VAT/tax compliance and audit support.</li><li>Experience with internal controls and SOX compliance is strongly preferred.</li><li>Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle).</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proactive, dependable and comfortable working across different areas of the Finance function.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English.<br> </li></ul><p><b>Place of Work</b></p><br><ul><li>Manama, Bahrain</li></ul> </div>

Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets.We are looking for a Service Supervisor who will be responsible for assisting internal and external customers, providing technical training, troubleshooting, issue resolution, repair, and sales support.<p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><br><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily service activities, ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion of field service operations.</li><li>Lead, guide, and support service engineers and technicians to ensure proper troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and maintenance activities are carried out according to company standards.</li><li>Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and internal teams for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of complex technical issues.</li><li>Conduct site visits to support critical breakdowns, warranty cases, commissioning activities, and customer escalations.</li><li>Ensure service activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.</li><li>Develop strong relationships with customers, dealers, and service partners by providing professional technical support and maintaining excellent communication.</li><li>Coordinate and deliver technical training programs for customers, dealers, and service teams to improve product knowledge and service capabilities.</li><li>Monitor warranty cases, technical complaints, and field issues, ensuring proper documentation, root cause analysis, and timely closure.</li><li>Prepare and review service reports, inspection reports, commissioning documents, and technical feedback for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, parts, engineering, and factory teams to resolve technical concerns and provide effective solutions.</li><li>Support spare parts identification, technical recommendations, and service-related sales opportunities.</li><li>Monitor service team performance, identify training requirements, and continuously improve technical skills and competency levels.</li><li>Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of service tools, equipment, and company resources.</li><li>Stay updated with new technologies, product developments, industry standards, and best practices in service management.</li></ul><p><b>Minimal Qualifications</b></p><br><ul><li>4+ years related experience in the role</li><li>Technical background</li><li>Customer service and support experience in industrial equipment or similar industries </li><li>Customer oriented approach</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><br><ul><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to present technical training content in a group setting. </li></ul> </div>
