Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Salesman to join our dynamic team at our new showroom in Al Awir Automarket, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in car sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in providing customers with a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience, from initial inquiry to final purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrating vehicle features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them through the car selection process.
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the car brands and models available in the showroom.
  • Ensure all sales paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive buying experience that encourages repeat business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Participate in promotional events and showroom activities to boost sales.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in car sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and the car-buying process.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
