We're Fipco, a large industrial company in Saudi Arabia for packaging and filling solutions.

We're looking for an all-rounder, exceptional, highly skilled, dynamic, results-driven, passionate & deeply experienced Masterbatch Factory / Mixtures Manager who really practically knows everything that's going on, in the world of Masterbatch to effectively ensure the smooth production of our high-quality products while meeting production targets and maintaining a safe working environment. Also, to lead the factory team(s) on-site, in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia, optimize production processes, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. We're looking for someone who's a proven real expert and who will assume overall responsibility for the efficient and effective operations of the Masterbatch Factory, and who will play a crucial & strategic role within our organization.

» Duties and responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- Developing and executing production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demands and achieve production targets.
- Monitoring production activities, including compounding, extrusion, blending, and packaging, to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Optimizing production processes & maximizing resource utilization, and doing the best possible to fully enable cost-effective manufacturing.
- Leading & managing the factory dedicated team(s), and providing guidance, trainings, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Fostering a positive work environment based on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvements.
- Promoting and enforcing a safety culture through the monitored implementation of policies, procedures, and approved practices.
- Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes specifically to masterbatch manufacturing.
- Ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Regular reporting to senior management on production performance, challenges, and potential opportunities.ccc

»  Ideal Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry,  polymer science, or a related field. A master's degree is a great plus.- Proven experience for at least 5+ years in a managerial role within the masterbatch manufacturing industry.- In-depth knowledge of masterbatch production processes, including compounding, extrusion, blending, and packaging.- Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards in masterbatch manufacturing.- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.- Having good business acumen & complete understanding of cost management in manufacturing.- Deep knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent leadership and people management skills.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and informed decision-making abilities.Kindly mention in full detail if you already have previous experience(s) doing the same for similar companies and if in India and / or Saudi Arabia.Also, kindly note that there will be a featured test project for the shortlisted candidates as a part of the hiring process.This is expected to start at an estimated period of 3 - 6 months contract and may turn into a long-term venture for the right talent, and the selected factory/mixtures manager should be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia if not living there already.We hope you have a good idea of the requirements, and we would be happy to answer any further clarifying questions you may have.If you feel you are the talent that can confidently assist us at a cost-effective price, please get in touch.Looking forward to reviewing your good proposals,Thank You
