JASARA PMC is currently seeking expression of interest for the role of Estimating Manager. As the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for leading the estimation process for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and competitive bid proposals that align with project requirements and specifications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and subcontractors. Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation process for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify cost factors and potential risks.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to calculate material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and quotations.
• Prepare and present bid proposals to management and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10-15+ years of proven experience in cost estimation for civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
