liaison Officer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Liaison Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government entities, international organizations, and other external partners. In this role, you will play a critical role in facilitating communication and coordination between different parties, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact and representative for the organization with government entities, international organizations, and other external partners.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including attending meetings, conferences, and events.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate communication between different parties, ensuring effective and timely exchange of information.
  4. Provide support and assistance in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise between the organization and external partners.
  5. Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  6. Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and provide information and updates to external partners.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's communication and collaboration efforts.
  9. Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnership with external entities.
  10. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for the organization.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Liaison Officer or similar role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Knowledge of government policies, regulations, and procedures.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  8. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and requirements.
