Selection Criteria (Team Member):
- Brand Flexibility: Selections are open to candidates for any of the following brands: KFC, Pizza Hut, & Hardee's.
- Appearance Standards: Visible tattoos are not permitted. Candidates must present a professional appearance.
- Educational Requirement: A minimum educational qualification of high school is required for all candidates.
- Physical Requirements:
- For Male Candidates: A minimum height of 5'3" and maximum weight of 90 kg.
- For Female Candidates: A minimum height of 5'1" and maximum weight of 75 kg.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential. All interviews will be conducted in English, and candidates must be able to answer all questions in English.
- Age Criteria:
- The maximum age for candidates is 28 years.
- Limited exceptions for candidates aged 29 will be considered if they possess significant experience with any international brand.
- Workplace Requirement:
- All candidates, regardless of dietary preference (vegetarian or non-vegetarian), must agree to handle raw meat as part of their job responsibilities.
