Job Details

The Relationship Manager is responsible to generate new business by identifying and acquiring potential customers, as well as retaining existing clients within the commercial and SME sectors as part of the departmental objectives and the relationship management strategy, contributing to the achievement of revenue and targets. Additionally, development of strategies to expand customer relationships, improve client satisfaction, and drive business growth. Drive profitable revenue and volume growth by focusing on new customer acquisition, deepening existing customer relationships, and cross-selling products to increase the company's customer share. Perform an annual review of the CSME portfolio in accordance with department review guidelines. Manage and service customer relationships within the CSME, engaging with customers to uncover needs and offer suitable products, services, and solutions from the full range of CSME offerings. Meet, visit, and regularly call clients to discuss and identify their requirements in line with the department's calling program. Gather and analyze necessary documentation, prepare a comprehensive credit application report, and proactively follow up to manage the process until disbursement. Conduct due diligence in accordance with the company s corporate governance and regulatory requirements. Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach by addressing client needs and providing excellent service at all times. Ensure proper handover procedures during planned leaves, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of service for clients. Take ownership and responsibility for tasks or projects assigned by the Line Manager, ensuring objectives are met. Manage the defaulted accounts, implementing appropriate measures to prevent further escalations. Ensure consistent compliance with CBB rules and regulations, as well as company policies and the code of conduct to maintain organizational integrity. The Employee must adhere to all company s Employee Code of Conduct guidelines. Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager to support team operations and business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification : Education A minimum of BSc. in Business, Finance, or any related field. Experience A minimum of Three years of experience in the same field. With a higher education degree, less number of years of experience may be considered. Simultaneously, lower education degree with extensive experience may be considered.

  • Relationship management and advisory skills to proactively engage clients, identify business needs, and deliver tailored CSME products and solutions that enhance customer value and retention.
  • Project coordination and execution proficiency to manage assigned initiatives, meet departmental targets, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders within set timelines.
  • Risk management and compliance expertise to monitor defaulted accounts, implement preventive measures to avoid escalation, and ensure full adherence to CBB regulations and Commercial & SME policies.
