Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the industrial construction department Supervising Projects Managers and Engineering staff Controlling and managing the fabrication workshop Liaising with client for new enquiries and maintaining a good relation Liaising with consultant and solve the techno commercial issues Experience in projects in Aluminum Smelter, Cement Factory, Power Plant Resource planning and optimization Liaising and guiding the estimator to get the job / project and set priorities. Negotiating with the suppliers to procure the materials Liaise with the designers for the design Manage and execute EPC, Turnkey, LSTK projects inside Aluminum Refinery.
Desired Candidate Profile
The Candidate should have the skill but not limited to below: Holding B.E Mechanical /Electrical with not less than 10 years in Management level Sales and Marketing skill Project Management and Contract Management skill Site Management Aluminum Refinery projects specially at EPC, Turnkey Project Execution, Fabrication, Heavy Equipment Erection Resource planning Negotiation skill
