***This job is fully based in the UAE and will require relocation***???? Staff Product Manager ( AI Platform )???? UAE (hybrid setup with relocation )???? Up to 45,000 AED plus benefits
If you're a Staff PM who operates AI-first and wants to build products that genuinely matter - apply now.
This is not a conventional PM role. You'll own both the product direction for an agentic AI platform squad and the data infrastructure that ensures what gets shipped actually works. You'll prototype with frontier models yourself, set quarterly strategy, run customer workshops, and build the ML evaluation loops that drive product quality — all within a small senior team that moves fast and thinks in systems.
About the company A well-funded AI company building vertical AI products across construction, health, and agriculture, alongside a flagship enterprise AI platform.
The Responsibilities: Set quarterly product strategy for your squad, aligned with the broader platform vision and the industries we serve. Translate customer needs into prioritised capabilities and crisp specs. Prototype with agents and frontier models yourself: scope use cases, design evals, validate end-to-end, then engineering hand. Own the product data stack across squads: telemetry, event schemas, tracking plans, data quality, and metrics accessibility across on-premise and Saa S offerings. Build and maintain ML evaluation loops Lead experimentation: design and analyse A/B tests, develop agent testing frameworks, and ground pricing strategy in real usage data. Be the customer-facing voice of your squad: demos, requirements workshops, design-partner co-builds, and post-engagement retrospectives.
What you bring:8+ years in product with a strong engineering or data background5+ years building AI-native products — LLMs, agents, applied ML, or similar Hands-on with frontier models: prompting, designing evals, judging output critically Experience with RAG/LLM evals, safety metrics, or red-teaming Familiarity with Amplitude, MLflow, dbt, or observability tools Construction-tech, AEC, or large-infrastructure domain knowledge Exposure to enterprise CDEs (Autodesk ACC, Procore, Primavera P6) Forward-deployed or design-partner engagement experience Experience in privacy-sensitive or regulated environments
