The Role We're seeking 1-2 full-stack developers to join our team. You'll work on a 50/50 split between client projects and internal product development (with potential to shift toward heavier client work based on business needs).

Willingness to learn the other if only experienced with one. Compliance & Security (MUST HAVE) HIPAA Compliance: Understand requirements for healthcare data protection, secure data handling GDPR Compliance: Data privacy regulations, user consent management, data retention policies Security Best Practices: Authentication, authorization, encryption, vulnerability assessment Application Development Native Applications: Build mobile or desktop applications (React Native, Electron, or similar) Web-Based Applications: Progressive web apps, single-page applications, dashboards Project Management & Client Relations Generate realistic timelines and milestones for complex projects Multi-task across client projects and internal development Understand client needs and translate them into technical architecture Advise on additional skillsets required for larger-scale projects
