Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Supervisor, based in Salmabad. The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, managing staff, and ensuring timely maintenance and repair activities. The role includes coordinating workloads, ensuring adherence to safety standards, monitoring inventory, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Workshop Supervisor will also liaise with management and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, manage, and support a team effectively Strong expertise in Maintenance & Repair processes and techniques related to workshop operations Commitment to ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service Experience in managing Workshops, including understanding of workshop tools and best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment on-site in Salmabad Bachelor's degree or relevant technical diploma in engineering or a related field is advantageous Prior experience in a workshop supervision role and knowledge in relevant health and safety regulations is a plus
