Your Role at Celebrate FX:As a Sales Manager at Celebrate FX, you will lead business growth by building strong client relationships and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the leadership and creative teams to deliver premium marketing solutions to brands across industries.
Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets 🔹 Identify, approach, and pitch to potential clients (B2B) 🔹 Build strong relationships with decision-makers and brand owners 🔹 Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages 🔹 Coordinate with creative and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery 🔹 Monitor sales performance and report weekly/monthly results 🔹 Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures 🔹 Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up consistently
Qualifications: ✔️ 10+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred) ✔️ MBA Graduate ✔️ Strong understanding of media industry ✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills ✔️ Proven track record in closing high-ticket deals ✔️ Ability to build strong client relationships ✔️ Experience in agency or corporate sales is a plus
Salary:700 – 1000 BD (based on experience & performance)
