We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Driver & Operations Supervisor to support our readynest operations. This role is responsible for transporting cleaning staff between apartments, ensuring cleaning quality, meeting schedules, and keeping all turnovers on time and organized.
This is a field-based role with real responsibility — ideal for someone organized, disciplined, and comfortable supervising people while being on the move.


Key Responsibilities
🚗 Transportation & Logistics • Drive cleaning staff between apartments and properties according to the daily schedule • Ensure staff arrive on time for each cleaning job • Optimize routes to save time and fuel • Safely transport cleaning supplies when needed


🧹 Quality Control & Supervision • Supervise cleaning staff on-site when required • Inspect apartments after cleaning to ensure they meet company standards • Report issues such as damages, missing items, or poor cleaning quality • Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and equipment


⏱ Scheduling & Time Management • Ensure cleaning jobs are completed within assigned time windows • Monitor delays and immediately report or resolve timing issues • Coordinate with operations or management when schedules need adjustment


💻 System & Website Updates • Add, update, and manage cleaning schedules on the company website or internal system • Confirm completed jobs and update statuses accurately • Ensure schedules reflect real-world operations (no missed or double bookings)


📋 Operational Reporting • Report daily progress, delays, and incidents • Flag recurring issues with staff, properties, or timings • Assist in improving operational workflows and readiness processes


Requirements • Valid driving license • Clean driving record • Experience in supervision, operations, logistics, or cleaning services (preferred) • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus) • Comfortable using mobile apps, websites, and basic admin tools • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
