Role Description
This full-time hybrid role is based in Bahrain, with opportunities for remote work. As the Commercial Director, you will oversee the commercial operations, develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities will include leading the sales team, identifying market opportunities, negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with other departments to optimize processes and support business growth. The role will require monitoring market trends and providing strategic insight to drive profitability and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with significant experience in commercial strategy and business development. Excellent understanding of supply chain management, project management, and delivering high-quality customer service. Comprehensive knowledge of the metallurgical industry, including special alloys, forging, heat treatment, machining, and testing. Proven negotiation, relationship-building, and client retention capabilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using CRM and business software for tracking performance and driving sales results. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage. Familiarity with the Gulf region's market and regulatory environment is preferred.
