What Makes GROW Special?

Participants will join under the Zain Youth three-year contract, providing a structured and supportive start to their career.

The program is designed to build professional confidence, workplace readiness, and essential skill development through real learning and engagement. If candidates meet the requirements, Zain Bahrain encourages their progression into future roles aligned with business needs.

Program Eligibility Criteria

Applicants Must

Be a university student or fresh graduate with a disability Have English communication skills (speaking and writing) Demonstrate motivation to learn, grow, and contribute Be committed to completing the development journey as part of Zain Youth
