Baabz Media is looking for a creative all-rounder to join the team as our first full-time hire. If you live behind the camera, think in edits, and understand how content performs on social media — welcome home.

What you’ll be doing:Shooting video & photos for brands, events, and social media content Editing short-form & long-form videos (Reels, Tik Toks, You Tube, ads) Understanding social media formats, trends, and pacing Helping plan shoots and suggesting creative ideas (initiative is key) Organising footage, backups, and project files properly Supporting on-set setups (lighting, audio, framing)
What we’re looking for:Strong skills in videography & photography Confident video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci) Solid understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Good eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling Reliable, organised, and deadline-driven Portfolio/showreel required (quality over quantity)
Bonus points (nice to have):Experience with branded social media content Basic motion graphics or captioning Drone experience Ability to think creatively, not just execute instructions
