About the Role: ASK Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Videographer to lead our video production efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to produce polished, high-impact videos that elevate our brand and support strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Film, edit, and produce high-quality, polished videos for social media, corporate communications, property showcases, and brand campaigns. Capture cinematic property footage, lifestyle visuals, and behind-the-scenes content with strong attention to lighting, composition, and detail. Lead the creative development of concepts, scripts, and storyboards in coordination with the Marketing team. Manage and maintain all video equipment, lighting systems, audio tools, and on-site production requirements. Deliver platform-optimized content for Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and website use. Ensure all visuals strictly follow brand standards and meet professional production quality. Oversee file organization, asset management, and archiving workflows. Stay updated on advanced filming techniques, editing trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications: Arabic speaker (written & spoken). Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in videography, production, or film content creation (agency or real estate experience is a plus). Strong, professional portfolio demonstrating advanced video editing and filming capabilities. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the full Adobe Creative Suite. Skilled in Cap Cut for fast-turnaround edits and social platform variations. Strong understanding of professional lighting, sound recording, color grading, framing, and camera operation. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Able to take creative ownership while collaborating effectively with the Marketing Team. Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities and excellent attention to detail.
