Senior Sales Executive

As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team and help us elevate our in-store customer journey.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing a high-end retail experience, and delivering expert fragrance recommendations to customers. Key responsibilities include:Welcoming customers and providing professional fragrance consultations based on their preferences. Driving daily and monthly sales targets (KPI-focused). Building strong long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat purchases. Maintaining excellent product display and in-store presentation. Supporting stock follow-up and communicating product needs to management. Assisting in seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Salary & Benefits Total monthly salary including allowances, incentives, and commissions:Secondary School General Cerftificate + Experience: up to BHD 650Bachelor’s Degree + Experience: up to BHD 800Additional benefits:Attractive sales commissions. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales (experience in perfumes/fragrances is highly preferred). Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure. Professional appearance and excellent etiquette. Team player with strong commitment and discipline. Arabic fluency preferred; English is a plus.
