Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Hamad Town with some flexibility for remote work. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs associated with construction and project work. Day-to-day tasks include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, monitoring and controlling budgets, and producing in-depth cost reports. The surveyor will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with project constraints.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management methods and best practices Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with accuracy Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting for construction and project management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Proficiency in MS Office and relevant cost management software Understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant legal regulations Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
