About the Role:
Are you a natural communicator who thrives on building meaningful relationships? At AQS de Parfum, we’re looking for a Business Development Intern who can help us expand our reach, connect with potential clients, and contribute to our mission of redefining luxury through high-quality fragrances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify key prospects, from retail chains to e-commerce platforms, globally and regionally.
- Client Outreach: Connect with potential clients via emails, calls, and LinkedIn, showcasing the value of AQS de Parfum.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and account management.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Proposal Development: Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with our clients’ goals.
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and expansion into new markets.
- Insights Sharing: Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the team to enhance strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- An understanding of luxury markets or prior experience in business development is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting with people.
- Tech-savviness with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRM software, and LinkedIn.
- Availability to work onsite in Bahrain.
