Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing food according to recipes, planning and directing food preparation, supervising other kitchen staff, and maintaining inventory levels. The Chef De Partie will also be responsible for ensuring quality and safety standards are met in the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Culinary degree or formal culinary training is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
