Qualification and background
- BSc Degree in Science, Human Resources or Commercial field or equivalent.
- Client prefers local candidates
- International Experience Requirement: No
- At least 5+ years’ experience in an operational recruitment and/or contracts role.
- Professional experience: 5 years post-graduate experience in his/her field and the O&G industry.
C&P tools competencies
- C&P (SAP, GEP, MPP,etc)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel (Advanced level), Power Point) etc.
- Good writing skills, communication skills.
- Soft Skills: team player, detailed with focus on quality of the work produced, good communication skills, proactive approach for problem solving, critical thinking, analytical skills.
