Planning Engineer (Civil)
Job Location: Saudi Arabia & Qatar
Duration: Minimum 6 months
- Must have knowledge in façade finishing works
- In-depth understanding of fit-out works.
- Establishing baselines with quantities, costs, and manpower loading using the resource assignment method.
- Generating quantity-based KPIs, manpower histograms, and S-curves using Primavera P6.
- Developing cash flow curves derived from S-curves.
- A thorough understanding of contract procedures related to time claims.
- Preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims using the window analysis method.
- Creating detailed monthly and weekly reports, including all relevant KPIs and curves.
- Must have a valid QID and be willing to work under Secondment or freelance visa
- Must be available to join immediately.
