About the Company
We are a renowned and dynamic international firm of construction consultants, our main core services being quantity surveying and project management. We were established in London in 1955 based on the original founders' combined interest in international projects, mainly Saudi Arabia. This soon spread to the whole Gulf region, the Caribbean, Africa and the Far East. Whilst maintaining a strong presence in the UK, there was always a great emphasis on international markets. We opened our first Middle East office in Bahrain in 1972 and since then have operated in all Gulf states. Significant amounts of work continue to be in the Middle East. We have offices in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia as well as the UK.
About the Role
We are now looking for an Assistant Administrator for our Bahrain office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail orientated and can work well independently or as part of a team.
You will need to:
- be well versed in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook;
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- be able to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- be ready for any other administrative or accountant tasks required;
- have a positive and happy demeanour;
- have some HR knowledge or experience would be helpful
Pay range and compensation package
