All Graduates that join Bapco will go through an Individual Development Program (IDP), which include on-the-job training experiences in order to develop them towards their targeted roles. Graduate careers offer a variety of roles for qualified applicants depending on their field of study and availability of requirements in each department, which includes many roles such as Operators, Technicians, etc.

Attendance of classroom-based training
Qualifications
- Bahraini National.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering
- Not more than 3 years of work experience.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Be medically fit and capable of working in an industrial outdoor environment performing physical tasks.
- Passed the assessments tests and interview.
- Capable of communicating and writing in English.
