Position Overview:

As a Flatbed Dispatcher, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations, coordinating the scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of flatbed truck drivers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch flatbed drivers to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Optimize routes for efficiency and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers in real-time, monitoring progress and troubleshooting any issues.
• Update clients on shipment status and provide excellent customer service.
• Document dispatch activities, including assignments and delivery confirmations.
• Ensure driver compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Generate dispatch reports to analyze performance and suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a dispatcher in transportation/logistics; flatbed experience is a must.
• Proficiency with dispatch software (e.g., Towbook) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong decision-making skills, able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility for occasional shift work based on business needs.
