IT Support Engineer

The IT Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and other departments. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that all support requests are timely responded to. They will also be responsible for maintaining best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users and other departments on a timely basis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and

integrity of our systems.

  • Assist with the deployment of new systems, upgrades, and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and reliability of our systems.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
