The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa Bahrain is ideally located in the heart of the city’s commercial and diplomatic area with 245-keys as well as 121 Residence unit. The hotel also have one of the largest convention center in the city as well as 15 meeting rooms as well as six restaurants and bars. The Diplomat Garden with 3 swimming pools, the extensive The Diplomat Spa, s state-of-the-art gym and an exclusive Ladies’ only Spa & Gym are part of the hotel’s facilities to make every moment matter! Two major renovation projects for the hotel’s dining venues are waiting for your touches and creativity skills!

Key Responsibilities of the Spa & Recreation Receptionist:


  • Supports the smooth running of the Spa, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels
  • Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
  • Delivers on plans and objectives where leisure initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Takes ownership of planned programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required


Requirements of the Spa & Recreation Receptionist:


  • Experience in hospitality is a plus
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
  • Strong communication skills
