Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy across multiple business units
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for various roles within different business units
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary issues
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all business units
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees in line with business needs
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to contribute HR perspective and insights
  • Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective in maintaining employee satisfaction and productivity


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in HR management
  • Experience working with multiple business units or divisions
  • Experience in a diverse and multicultural work environment
