Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to deliver actionable insights
- Develop engaging dashboards and reports using Tableau & Power BI
- Collaborate with business users to understand and fulfill BI requirements
- Design and build data models to support accurate analysis
- Identify trends and forecast future business needs
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for special projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with business objectives
- Continuously suggest and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 0-2 years experience proficient in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes is a bonus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
- A detail-oriented team player with a focus on accuracy
