For a Well Known Retail Company we are hiring a Showroom Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the retail team.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to sales associates.
- Create and implement sales incentive programs to motivate the team.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
- Maintain a welcoming and customer-friendly store environment.
- Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and losses.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain attractive and organized store displays.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create eye-catching product layouts.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
