Showroom Sales Manager

For a Well Known Retail Company we are hiring a Showroom Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the retail team.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to sales associates.
  • Create and implement sales incentive programs to motivate the team.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Maintain a welcoming and customer-friendly store environment.
  • Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and losses.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain attractive and organized store displays.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create eye-catching product layouts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
