Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the spa facility.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve spa revenue and profitability goals.
- Ensure high quality of service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Train, supervise, and motivate spa staff to deliver exceptional services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to meet operational needs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations and implementing best practices to ensure the health and safety of spa clients and staff.
- Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and best practices.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in spa management.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa setting preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
- Certification in massage therapy or aesthetics is a plus.
