Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Assessing existing promotional tactics and modifying the same to attain the best results.
  • Team up with marketing professionals in the organization to carry out and track efficient promotional activities.
  • Examining the marketing tactics for further improvement and effectiveness.

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in managing a team and leading marketing projects.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Experience in the Bahrain market is a plus.
